Corvina, Rondinella & Corvinone. Rich, full body. Dusty black cherry, baker's cocoa, dried fig, chocolate cherry truffle, dried rosemary, liquid fruitcake. Supple tannins. Lightly ripasso style.

Organic. 100% Grecanico (a.k.a. Garganega). Skin-Contact. Orange oil, orange bitters, black tea, quince, salt. This has some Georgian Amber vibes, but more Mediterranean.

Rhone, via California. Blend of Syrah, Mourvedre, Grenache, Petite Sirah, and Viognier. Big, bold, earthy, traditional. Full body, med acidity, woody tannins.

Biodynamic. 100% Zibibbo. Sicily. Dry, elegant, savory. Orange blossom, wild herbs, honeycomb, lemon, incense, exotic spice. Bright, saline finish. Enjoy off-chilled with fresh or tinned seafood. Woman winemaker. 218 bottles produced.

100% Nebbiolo. Barbaresco fruit, cooperative production. Dry and broad. Cherry, wild berry, rose hip, fresh earth, tar, spice, white pepper. Lovely, balanced acidity on the finish.

100% Palomino. Dry, fresh, briny, Cerignola olive, fresh almond, saline finish. All estate fruit from a 400 year-old producer in Jerez, Spain. 15% ABV.

Organic. Sicilian super-blend: mostly Nerello Mascalese, some Cappucio + 5 % indigenous white grapes. Dry-but-juicy. A flavor compendium of volcanic fruit, Mediterranean herbs, smoke, and saline minerals. Woman winemaker. Wild and fascinating.

Organic. 100% Catarratto (a.k.a. 'Lucidio'). Dry. Marzipan nose, followed by lemon chiffon, starfruit, apricot pit and almond shell. Saline finish, crisp acidity. Pair me with creamy seafood dishes! White Burg alternative.

Biodynamic. 100% Chenin Blanc. Dry + delicious. Beeswax, hay, Meyer lemon, lanolin. A steal from a classic producer!
