+ PROFILE: An elegant, aromatic and fruity grappa, with delicate notes of nuts and almonds and a long finish. Excellent digestivo after a long, lingering meal.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Organic, all estate fruit, zero additives. The Pinot Noir pomace is fermented and distilled in a water bath still to 80% ABV, then rested in neutral vessel for six months before being diluted with water and sugar. Three simple ingredients.
