+ FUNDAMENTALS: Hand-harvested grapes. Wild yeast. Stainless steel fermentation with 20 days of skin contact. Unfined/unfiltered/vegan. Zero added sulfites.
+ ABOUT: ‘Greek Connection’ is a collaboration between winemaker, Jason Ligas, and Vin des Potes. Basile Passe and Yoan Tavares started the Vin des Potes project [which translates to ‘buddy’s wines’] from the concept of working year-round with vignerons in different countries to release a cuvée that adheres to a specific profile, terroir and story.
