Elegant, bone dry, textural. A lovely, small-production expression of Prosecco, perfect for aperitivo hour - or any time. 

+ GRAPE: 100% organic Glera, grown in the Euganean Hills of Veneto, Italy on clay-volcanic soils. 

+ PROFILE: Dry. Crisp green pear, yellow apple, beeswax, and a stoney minerality. Crisp acidity, tiny bubbles. Modest sulfites for the category, less then one gram residual sugar. 

+ FUNDAMENTALS: All stainless steel vinification, using wild yeast. A mere 1,250 cases produced.
