Sipsmith is an independent distiller. With a nod to traditional hand-crafted production, our gin combines traditional copper pot distillation with a recipe that wouldn't look unfamiliar to an eighteenth century Master Distiller. The result is a sensationally sippable London Dry Gin that's bold, complex and aromatic.
+ PROFILE: Made using only the heart cut of the run, much like a fine single-malt scotch, it's what delivers the gin's uncompromising quality. Juniper-forward, with very classic notes, Sipsmith is perfect for a gin and tonic, Negroni, or other classic gin cocktails, yet so smooth it's an essential for a Martini.
+ NOSE: Floral, summer meadow notes, followed by mellow rounded juniper and zesty, citrus freshness
+ PALATE: Dry juniper leads, then reveals tart lemon and lime, followed by orange marmalade before all the flavors harmonize
+ FINISH: Dry, spicy juniper and a hint of lemon tart
+ BOTANICALS: 10 carefully selected botanicals, including Macedonian juniper berries, Bulgarian coriander seed, French angelica root, Spanish liquorice root, Italian orris root, Spanish ground almond, Chinese cassia bark, Madagascan cinnamon, Sevillian orange peel and Spanish lemon peel.
