+ GRAPES: 70% Pinot Noir + 30% Pinot Noir. Certified organic grapes from a single 0.2 hectare vineyard co-planted in the 1950s.
+ PROFILE: Dry-juicy. Medium body, med-plus acidity. All the juicy red fruit and aromatics of a Burgundy, combined with the earthy forest berry goodness of a Beaujolais/ Gamay. I'm natural, but stable. Light VA adds a touch of lift. Silky tannins. Great gift for the wine nerd in your life :)
+ FUNDAMENTALS: The grapes are harvested together and co-fermented in tank, old-school style. 90% whole cluster grapes. Wild yeast. Aging and full malolactic fermentation in 600L neutral/used oak barrels. No fining, filtration, or added sulfites.
