+ PROFILE: Dry and super classic. Loads of earthy cherry, red cherry, a lovely herbaceous quality, and lively tannins on the long finish. Varietally correct.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Hand-harvested grapes. Fermented using only wild yeast in stainless steel tanks. Finish in large 'botti' use-oak barrels.
