+ GRAPES: Organic. A blend of old-vine Carignan and Zinfandel grown on the Mendocino Coast in California.
+ PROFILE: A little different, in a good way. Dry, textural with earthy red fruit, with a touch of peach skin and sea salt on the finish. Lightly effervescent from forced carbonation before canning.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Direct-pressed grapes into stainless steel. Unfined/unfiltered, vegan, low sulfites. 12.5% ABV.
