From the famed house of Mas de Daumas, comes this rosé that's a pretty wild value. An excellent year-rounder for fellow fans of rosé any day.
+ GRAPES: A classic Southern Rhone blend of 35% Syrah, 35% Grenache, and 30% Carignan. Grown using organic practices in the clay and limestone soils of the Languedoc, France.
+ PROFILE: Lovely pale salmon-pink in hue. Dry, fresh. Citrus blossom on the nose, followed by red berries, red currants, and strawberry tones. A nice, long finish offers additional complexity.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: I'm a direct-press rosé, spending six month in stainless steel tanks. Totally destemmed grapes.
