+ PROFILE: Dry. Classic nose of grass and gooseberry, with fresh yellow fruit, grapefruit, citrus, mineral notes, and a zesty, crisp finish.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: From a 30-year old parcel of limestone and clay soil, located just outside the appellation of Sancerre, so it's simply classified as 'Vine de Pays'. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, with three months on the lees.
