+ GRAPES: An organic blend of 38% Valdiguie, 33% Mourvedre, 17% Grenache, and a smattering of field-blend grapes such as Cab Franc, Syrah, Carignan, and Petite Verdot.
+ PROFILE: Light body. Dry-juicy. Red fruits - cherry, berries. Crisp plum, crunchy cranberry. A touch of Herbs du Provence on the tail, followed by bright acidity. Polite tannins make this a super chillable red that gives Loire vibes.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: 100% carbonic, whole-cluster fermentation, using only wild yeast. Low sulfites, modest ABV.
