+PROFILE: Dry. Light body, complex. Alpine cherry, woodland berry, savory mountain herbs, mushroom earthiness. Silky-smooth tannins, balanced by fresh acidity. Give me a light chill to 'cellar temp'.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: All stainless steel winemaking for freshness. Mostly destemmed (75%), but with a few whole-clusters for texture and tone. 13% ABV.
