+ PROFILE: Dry, medium+ body and pleasant viscosity. Fresh! Tropical tones with some pineapple on the nose, followed by gooseberry, white grapefruit, pineapple, grass, and and a white stone finish. Varietally correct.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Fermented 12 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, then left on its fine lees for about four months prior to bottling. Screw-cap convenience.
