+ FUNDAMENTALS: All grapes are destemmed and fermented using only wild yeast. Free-run and direct-press lots were combined in the early stages of fermentation, and completed full, natural malolactic fermentation in French oak (only 25% of which in new). Unfined and unfiltered. Vegan.
