+ GRAPE: Organic, biodynamic. 100% Pinot Noir grown in Willamette Valley, Oregon AVA.
+ PROFILE: Classic Oregon Pinot characteristics of bramble fruit; riper summer raspberries and blackberries, wet rocks, foresty notes, and mushroomy earthiness.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Mostly destemmed, with some wholecluster for a touch of spice and tannic structure. Wild yeast. Aged predominantly in neutral oak barrels to let the fruit shine through. Unfiined/unfiltered. Vegan.
