+ FUNDAMENTALS: Agaves are roasted in a stone pit for one week, then rushed with a traditional horse-pulled tahona. Hand-bottled unaged at 86 proof.
+ PROFILE: Medium body, crystal clear. Aromas of lightly meaty smoke, tropical fruit, and vanilla. Tastes of caramel, red apple, salt, roasted agave, coffee - with some umami tones.
