+ GRAPES: Blend: 50% Petit Sirah + 25% Grenache + 25% Carignan.
+ PROFILE: Dry, full-bodied, warming and spiced. A generous wine with notes of coffee, tobacco, vanilla, and ripe plum. A touch of new oak on the finish. 13.5% ABV.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, before being transferred to oak barrels, of which ~ 25% are new oak. The wines are blended after 10 months.
+ VINEYARDS: The Grenache is from the Upper Galilee, while the Carignan is from the Lower Galilee, and the Petit Sirah is from the Judean Lowlands. A true 'wine of Israel'.
+ PAIRINGS: Ideal for food rich in umami flavors: rich casseroles, full soups, mushrooms, butter and cream.
