+ GRAPES: Organic, biodynamic principles. All the Carignans: blanc, gris, rouge. All the Grenaches: gris, rouge. Plus a smattering of Moscatell for good measure. All grown on the Spanish-French border in the awesome wine-growing region of Empordà. Co-fermented.
+ PROFILE: Dry, but juicy. Clean. Medium body, bright acidity. Notes of brambly berry, pink lemonade, watermelon rind, orange hard candy, and a saline twang - but with alpine vibes. A truly lovely and unique wine. Serve chilled.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: 12 days of skin contact, and 30% fermented carbonic maceration style. Four months of lees aging. Hand harvested, wild yeast, unfined/unfiltered, and zero sulfur added. E.g. all the usual trappings of naturally produced wine.
