+ PROFILE: Dry, medium-plus body. Ripe blackberry, woodsy cherry, cocoa-dusted espresso beans, lightly herbal. Finish is pleasantly spicy, with silky tannins.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Hand-harvested. Fermented in stainless steel for freshness, then aged for 18 months on the fine lees in large, used oak barrels.
+ HERITAGE: Grown and produced by a fifth-generation winemaking family in Bordeaux.
