Oh la la! French Cognac-cask aged, single-malt whiskey? Mais oui!
+ PRODUCTION: Brenne is the first single malt in the world aged exclusively in French Limousin Oak and Cognac casks. The whiskey is twice-distilled in a copper alembic still for purity, then aged for 6-8 years.
+ PROFILE: On the nose: perfumed fruit and French patisserie aromas with creamy and complex sugar notes of rich creme brûlée and burnt caramel. On the palate: creamy banana, tropical fruit, and warm spices such as cinnamon and clove.
