200% Rabigato. Dry, fuller body. Saline lemon, mineral tones, pithy citrus, sea salt finish. Wonderfully refreshing, and something different.

She's easy-breezy! Organic. Fresh strawberry, ruby-red grapefruit, raspberry confiture. Lightly spritzy, loads of fun.

Biodynamic. Dry. Green apple, iced white tea, granitic lemon, bay leaf. Zest, saline finish. Zero oak. Delicious fish pairing!
