A blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, and Viognier from Swartland, South Africa. This dry white wine features lower total acidity but is still fresh and balanced.
The backstory: Each vintage, the producer consults with a group of fellow winemakers to determine the best 'curated' blend of the three grapes used in the wine. It's a little different each year, as wine should be, but always a treat and an exceptional value.
